Trying to open it up a bit...
We've tried opening up this web site a bit, but have started receiving spam account requests again. So now we're restricting access to those with Loudon (or nearby) IP addresses. So if your IP address is listed in China, or even California, or New York, then your account request will probably be ignored/deleted.
If you are using a "non-Loudon IP address", yet still need an account, then please contact one of the people Loudon Agricultural Commission

OK. I give up. I'm closing down general registration again - there's just too many spam accounts. So if you need an account, get ahold of someone on the Loudon Agricultural Commission.
